The skirt has a pair of 'under shorts' ensuring modesty with every twist and twirl and this skirt is made for twirling and dancing in! Soft stretchy cotton is topped with coordinating chiffon to give it maximum flow and a sparkly, wide elastic waist band is adorned with a glamorous satin bow to finish it off.
