Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling charges will be added during checkout and are based on shopping cart amount. Our charges:

• £1.95 on purchases up to £14.99
• £2.95 on purchases of £15.00 to £25.00
• £3.95 on purchases of £25.01 to £35.00
• £4.95 on purchases of £35.01 to £50.00
• FREE postage for purchases over £50.00

All bows are posted using Royal Mails first class service and will take 1-3 days to arrive. Please ensure you provide us with the correct postal address as we can not take responsibility for lost parcels due to address errors. If you order bows and then any of our gift/accessory products please be aware that the gifts and accessories may arrive separately as many of these are handmade/personalized to order and therefore my take 7-10 working days to arrive. Our Return Policy

At Candy Bows we are proud of the time and workmanship that goes in to each and every hair bow and hair accessory. Our greatest selling point, we feel, is that each and every hair bow is handmade as are most of our wonderful and unique gifts. If however on the very rare occassion one of our products does not fulfil your expectations then please contact us and we will refund the cost of the item or replace it – whatever you wish. However, we are unable to refund the original postage costs.
